Can I order online?

Do you have Mail Order?

We offer a mail order service for merchandise that is not available within this store directly to the customer. If you have seen a style you like, simply use our store locator to find a store near you or in some instances you can e-mail us using the "contact us" page and we will endeavour to locate that shoe for you. We will then e-mail you back with the telephone number of the store that has your size in stock after which you can ring the store and have the merchandise sent to you directly. Remember not to forget to let us know what size and colour you require! There is a delivery charge of £6.00 for shoes, handbags and other small items and a charge of £8.00 for boots and larger items.

This does not affect your statutory rights.

Do you post Abroad?

NO Unfortunately we are unable to post abroad. The reason for this is that we are only able to accept Debit/Visa/Credit cards which are issued to a UK address this is in order to prevent fraud and for the protection of the cardholder. Any items purchased on the card must be sent to the address that the card is issued to.

Do you have a catalogue/ brochure?

Because of the large stable of brands we offer and the wide selection of styles within these ranges it is not possible for us to produce seasonal brochures or catalogues.

Can I return shoes from a concession to a free-standing store?

I've lost my receipt - can I get a refund?

Can I return shoes that have been bought outside the UK?

When purchasing goods from any of our freestanding store i.e. Bertie, Nine West, Pied a Terre, Kenneth Cole and Chelsea Cobbler you have 21 days from the day of purchase in order to receive a full refund or exchange providing that the goods are unworn.

All SSG concessions stores comply with the host store returns policy.

If you have made a purchase and the goods are faulty, you will be entitled to a full refund or exchange with a proof of purchase providing there is a manufacturing / structural fault.

In most cases you can return shoes purchased from a concession stores to a freestanding stores and vice versa but you will only be able to exchange your goods, no refund will be given as we must comply with the host store returns policy.

If you have been unfortunate enough to misplace your receipt you will only be entitled to an exchange at the last selling price.

As we are not part of the Nine West Group Inc or Kenneth Cole Inc in America we will only exchange FAULTY goods as a gesture of good will. We will exchange goods to the sterling value of the dollar amount that was paid.
